Responsible for driving the performance of programs that deliver new, innovative solutions to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals; and establishing and developing relationships with strategic customers to identify new revenue opportunities. Acts as project manager for Product Services, Marketing Communications and Digital Design colleagues in matrix fashion as they work to support company initiatives and programs.
30% Acts as liaison between cross-functional teams in the rollout and implementation of organizational programs and initiatives
20% Drives program activity/take-up with engagement and outreach to program participants/customers and regular reporting and tracking of KPIs
20% Performs account management duties and support day-to-day program activities, including operational planning and serving as main point of contact for customer inquiries
10% Develops project schedules with associated actions, timelines and owners and drive accountability accordingly
10% Provides remote and on-site trainings for program participants to ensure readiness for launch
10% Anticipates risk and proactively drive changes to the program including action plans, business process definition and communications based on changing business needs
