    We currently have a Full Time opening for a Campaign Manager for the Seattle, WA Market. This is the opportunity to be part of the Dignity Memorial® provider network and grow your career in the funeral, cremation and cemetery services business.     A successful Candidate develops and maintains relationships with groups, organizations and businesses within a defined market area; makes presentations to organization leadership; schedules and coordinates group preneed presentations in conjunction with local sales management and community service counselors. The Campaign Manager assigns a presenter (or presents) for an engagement, assigns counselor training and development, gathers and distributes leads and oversees thorough follow-up by the sales organization.

     

     Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate the fit of the group to the program goals and objectives and set priorities for presentations
    • Schedule and promote seminars within the market to maximize attendance and in conjunction with Seminar Processes Dept. when appropriate
    • Using approved seminar programs, present or assign certified presenters for scheduled engagements
    • Present teaching modules for approved additional presenter certification training
    • Comply with all approved Seminar Processes and procedures
    • Adequately train and staff presentations with Community Service counselors to assure appointment setting benchmarks
    • With Sales management, gathers, assigns and assures follow-up on all presentation leads and that counselors are adhering to the requirements of their position
    • Track presentation sales and submits required reporting to market management and home office
    • Build productive relationships with local sales and operations management to ensure understanding and support of seminar programs
    • Encourage management and staff to become involved, providing periodic reporting and reviews
    • Works closely with operations and sales management staff to ensure that all seminar attendees receive exceptional service for at-need delivery
    • Manages field inquiries, including those downloaded from Seminar Processes call center
    • Provide periodic support to Sales Administration for special projects, including reporting used for field sales reviews
    • Identify local groups through personal networking, referral from local management and employees and external sources.
    • Manage local ongoing relationships with national or local affinity partners.
    • Able to manage the leads through SalesForce

     

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related discipline

     

     Experience:

    • 2 years of seminar development experience

     

     Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
    • Perseverance
    • Problem solving
    • Capable of multi-tasking
    • Effective trainer and public speaker
    • Strong communication skills
