The Project Manager (PM) will plan, facilitate, and manage various HRIS initiatives. The Project Manager will coordinate the administration of the HRIS project portfolio and manage demand to meet resource availability. The PM will communicate with business partners, configure and deliver weekly service level and portfolio reports to key stakeholders. He/she will facilitate gathering of business requirements on select projects and serve as a liaison between the business and technical resources to ensure solutions are delivered according to agreed-upon expectations.
A successful candidate should possess a thorough understanding project management and of the Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll business processes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education background with strong knowledge and experiences with a data-driven business technical environment. PMP Certificate preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRIS Project Manager. Thorough understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll business processes.
