  • Overview & Responsibilities

    • Ensure all commissions and bonuses are paid according to company policy and in a timely manner
    • Interact with sales personnel on commission/bonus questions with respect to calculations and payments
    • Support and maintain both Commission Services and North America Sales policy documents
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients via HEAT, phone, and email
    • Prioritize and address customer needs and demands in a professional manner
    • Reconcile scheduled commissions, bonus payments, and adjustments according to established company calendar
    • Ensure all SOX controls are performed as documented
    • Participate in disaster recovery testing and actual disaster recovery execution as requested
    • Support processing schedules to provide Customer Support and Payroll Services as needed
    • Support continuous process improvement; identify and implement efficient commission processes
    • Perform analysis and data look up via query from scratch or pre-defined
    • Support Third Party Vendors to ensure commission payments are made timely and accurately.  Provide excellent customer service and support to all Vendors and track payments for reconciliation and audit purposes
    • Assist with ad hoc projects
    • Other responsibilities as assigned or are necessary to support the overall business needs

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Basic SQL knowledge preferred
    • Advanced MS office skills including Excel required (V lookups & pivot table knowledge a must)
    • General knowledge of accounting and reconciliation preferred
    • 1-2 years experience in handling high customer volume or in a call center setting required
    • Reputation for delivering excellent customer service
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to secure confidential information
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work through complex issues; self-starter
    • Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to plan and prioritize
    • Process improvement driven
