MANAGER, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Manage all Customer Engagement Programs for the company, including our customer satisfaction program with JD Power, online reputation, and our online floral program; plays a vital role in the design, development and execution of the customer engagement strategy, with primary goals of fostering an outstanding customer experience and driving incremental revenue through positive word-of-mouth. Provides guidance to location management and staff to improve customer engagement, helping them understand key trends and opportunities, while improving service excellence to customers.
