As a member of the digital marketing product team, you will be responsible for driving the online maturity and evolution of one or more brand or market segments. In coordination with the Sr. Product Manager, you will define business requirements, maintain a joint road map, and provide guidance to business and technical stakeholders. Your customer and market research will guide future decision making within your segment as well as across the entire digital portfolio.
Gather information, generate ideas, and develop and influence the development of high quality customer experiences.
Define functional requirements in the form of user stories, including clear acceptance criteria. You will serve as business analyst and product owner, validating new functionality and working with the technical team to delivery top quality releases.
Assist with prioritization of the backlog (enhancements and defects) leveraging qualitative and quantitative analysis, and providing inputs for business cases to support new features.
Coordinate between field and corporate stakeholders to define requirements, incorporate feedback, and manage risks and constraints.
Market, competitor, regulatory, and trend research to identify new and innovative features to include in the product road map.
Advise stakeholders on digital marketing, product management, user experience and strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention rates.
Document all work as part of deliverables, consistently using a professional documentation approach throughout the project and beyond, resulting in high quality materials for internal and external usage.
