Provides website support to the field, team members, and customers using the company intranet, phone and email.
Answers technical and digital marketing questions, troubleshoots and resolves or escalates as appropriate.
Manages a queue of copy, photo, and website configuration requests independently.
Resolves field and customer requests in a timely manner to meet team service level agreements (SLAs) and key metrics including customer surveys and net promoter scores (NPS).
Interacts with creative, content, technical teams, and external vendors as needed to resolve web related tasks.
